Dr. Kennedy
Dr. Kennedy is a Connecticut native and a strong advocate for her community. She believes that the oral health of an individual is linked with not only the overall health of that person, but also their family and that community. She chose dentistry because it is the perfect crossroads of health, service, science, and beauty. Dr. Kennedy graduated from Arizona School of Dentistry & Oral Health with a certificate in Public Health. After rotating through several Community Health Clinics, she completed an additional year of training through NYU Langone Health in Central Arizona at the Advanced Care Clinic. There, Dr. Kennedy was able to provide routine and complex dental care to individuals with special needs, such as those with high anxiety, epilepsy, and patients recently diagnosed with head and neck cancer. She received the Art Levy Resident of the Year Award for her spirit of generosity and altruism. A love of learning has driven Dr. Kennedy to complete several workshop courses at SPEAR Education, including Facially Generated Treatment Planning and Occlusion. In addition, Dr. Kennedy has received continuing education in Trigger Point Injections for TMD, through both AZAGD and AAFE.
Dr. Kennedy has volunteered her time in both the US and India. She has participated in AZ MOM and Stand Down. She has provided outreach to new and expecting mothers, adolescents in detention and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Dr. Kennedy is passionate about your care and looks forward to working with you to meet all of your needs!
